Ann is passionate about empowering people to perform at their best and has 20 years of experience delivering inspiring and practical workshops and keynotes about productivity, collaboration, mindset, and wellbeing. For the past decade, she has encouraged young professionals to recognize the value of prioritization and establishing effective habits.

Pamela Burwash is our Director of Program Design and Lead Coach. Pamela has a passion for helping people and works with high performers, at all stages of their careers, to integrate productivity tools, collaboration skills, and mindset practices.

Pamela also develops training solutions to meet client needs using a collaborative and client-focused approach and is certified to the level of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Pamela has a proven track record in client service and has established strong partnerships with some of Canada’s top brands.

Deborah Glatter is a Coach and Consultant with an extensive background in legal education. As Director of Practice Excellence at a national Canadian law firm for over 20 years, Deborah designed the firm’s performance management system and mentoring program. Previously, Deborah practised law for 10 years and was a faculty member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Deborah is a Waterstone Certified Culturepreneur Coach.

Lyndsay Hillier is a Coach and Speaker dedicated to helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential by improving their collaboration and productivity. Lyndsay has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across industries, including CPG, retail, QSR, publishing, consulting, and education. Lyndsay is a Human Resources college professor and a certified practitioner in DISC, Lumina Spark and Team, MRG assessments, and a Waterstone Certified Culturepreneur Coach.

Naledi Isaacs is our Administrative Assistant. Naledi assists with workshop preparation, post-training activities, and business operations including team support. Prior to joining Clear Concept, Naledi worked in Human Resources for a global accounting firm in Botswana, before recently immigrating to Canada.

Precy Kearns is a Coach with a lead by example mentality. She helps individuals implement productivity habits and perform at their best. With nearly 15 years of experience in the CPG and Pharma industries, Precy focuses on critical actions to drive high-performance and meaningful results.

Bhavna Palloo is our Program Manager. Her areas of focus include managing the workshop delivery process, customizing training materials, and coordinating workshop logistics to deliver a high quality of service for our discerning clients. Bhavna has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry. Prior to joining Clear Concept, Bhavna managed a service team at a national law firm, supporting over 500 lawyers with document production, and diagnosing and resolving document-related issues to help them meet their client targets.

Karen Parisien is our Manager of Operations. Karen is dedicated to optimizing our client experience and striving for operational excellence.

Prior to joining Clear Concept, Karen worked in marketing and administration roles in technology and education.

Maxine Skerrett is a Coach, Speaker and Consultant. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential and achieve excellence. Maxine’s background includes over 15 years of consulting and industry expertise in strategy and operations.
