Ann Gomez is a High-Performance Coach and Speaker. She is the Founding President of Clear Concept Inc. and the best-selling author of The Email Warrior: How to clear your inbox and keep it that way. Ann’s mission is to help people thrive at work and in life. Ann leads engaging and inspiring keynote addresses and interactive workshops. She is also an active blogger and media spokesperson.

Susan Pons is a High-Performance Coach and our Chief Operating Officer. Susan helps professionals and executives implement key productivity and high-performance strategies to thrive at work and in life. Susan also brings her expertise to the Clear Concept team by overseeing all company operations.

 

Gaya Ast is our Administrative Assistant. Gaya assists with workshop preparation, post-training support, and overall team support. Gaya graduated from University of Toronto with honours where she was actively involved in student leadership affairs.

Frances Biernacki is a High-Performance Coach and Speaker. Clients consistently rave about Frances’ knowledgeable and engaging presentation style – in addition to her great sense of humour! Previously, Frances led training and development across North America for a global marketing company.

Shilpa Barchha oversees projects related to our productivity and high-performance metrics. An accomplished executive and entrepreneur, Shilpa has over 15 years of management experience leading high-performing teams and overseeing strategy, marketing, operations and business development.

Deborah Glatter is a Management and Leadership Consultant with an extensive background in legal education. As Director of Practice Excellence at a national Canadian law firm for over 20 years, Deborah designed the firm’s performance management system and mentoring program. Previously, Deborah practised law for 10 years and was a faculty member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Teresa Krupa oversees projects related to policies and procedures, human resource management, business administration and events. Teresa brings over 25 years of experience as a Law Clerk and Director of Administration at small to mid-sized Toronto law firms.

Marlo Leunissen is the Director of Learning & Development. Marlo leads the design and production of our online content and related marketing initiatives. Before joining Clear Concept, Marlo was the Manager of Professional Development in a leading Canadian law firm and has over 15 years of training and professional development experience.

Sarah Morgenstern is our trusted Strategic Advisor. Sarah’s combined experience as a successful entrepreneur and a management consultant with a focus on strategy and organization has positioned her to guide Clear Concept’s growth into new product offerings, markets and delivery mechanisms. 

Marisa Murray is an Executive Coach and Professional Facilitator.  Her passion is supporting her clients in unlocking their untapped leadership potential in order to yield superior business results with greater ease. Marisa’s background includes over 20 years of advancing leadership positions in management consulting, technology and engineering.

Jennifer Salter is our Director of Strategic Partnerships. Jennifer develops training solutions to meet client needs using a collaborative and client-focused approach. Jennifer has over 20 years of leadership, sales and marketing experience in the consumer packaged goods sector.

Geraldine Santos-Lee is our Manager of Business Operations, responsible for implementing strategies to drive operational excellence, and overseeing key business development initiatives. Geraldine’s background includes over 17 years of client-focused roles in engineering, operations, and global program management.

Maxine Skerrett is a Consultant, Coach and Facilitator. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential and achieve excellence. Maxine’s background includes over 15 years of consulting and industry expertise in strategy and operations.

Marla Warner is a Resilience Coach and Professional Speaker. She has a passion for wellbeing and focuses on nurturing people’s resilience, as well as their professional and personal development. With over 25 years of experience, Marla inspires and motivates audiences by integrating the science of wellbeing into practical strategies that support thriving at work and in life.

Bruce Bowser  is a highly-respected Canadian business leader and best-selling author. He is the Chairman and former CEO of AMJ Campbell Inc. Bruce is known as a visionary with a keen ability to build high-performance cultures and cultivate customer service excellence. Dr. Greg Wells is a health and high-performance expert, speaker and best-selling author. He is also the CEO and founder of Wells Performance.
